Admission Requirements

FOR OLD STUDENTS

• Visit schoolaide.pcs.edu.ph

• Sign in your existing schoolaide account.

• Tick the enrollment form and complete all required details.

FOR NEW STUDENTS

• Visit schoolaide.pcs.edu.ph

• Create your account and sign up. Please do note of the email verification of the email account used.

• Complete the application form.

• Kindly wait for the email confirmation, afterwards, there will be an email sent for the student's acceptance letter. Further instructions will be sent for the following requirements.

Accomplishment of Requirements

• PSA Birth Certificate

• Baptismal Certificate for Catholics / Certificate from Pastor or Minister for Non-Catholics

• 2X2 or Passport Size Recent ID Picture

• Report card with LRN (Learner Reference Number)

• Good Moral Certificate​​​​

PCS is PEAC Certified

• For the Junior High School:

  • ESC Grants that all incoming Grade 7 students are automatically ESC Subsidy recipients.

• For the Senior High School:

  • Vouchers for incoming Grade 11 students, including those from Public schools and ESC Private school grantees.

Payment Procedure

• There will be a reservation fee amounting PHP 1,000.00.

  • Metrobank Bill Payment Process​

    • Proceed to any Metrobank branch.​

    • Inquire for a copy of the "Payment Slip" (Green form) and fill out the necessary information.

      • Company name: Paco Catholic School​

      • Subscriber name: NAME OF STUDENT

      • Reference number: STUDENT NUMBER

      • Subscriber number: STUDENT NUMBER

      • Telephone number: PARENT/GUARDIAN' PHONE NUMBER

      • Mode of Payment: Cash/Cheque/Debit Account

      • Amount to be Paid: PHP 1,000.00

    • Present the Payment slip to the teller.

    • A validated copy will be returned. Make sure to check the details of payment presented are correct.

  • Online Bank Transfer

    • You may pay using GCash or PayMaya and pay through the following:​

    • Upload the e-receipt or proof of payment through schoolaide with the complete details:

      • Date of Payment​

      • Timestamp of Successful Transfer

      • Account number of PCS

      • Amount Paid
